Pictures, Pictures, Pictures

So I have a ton of new pictures that I have taken in the last couple days that I just have to post...but there were too many adorable ones and I could not narrow them down any more!!! Not much to report from the Guion House today. Parker is back on track and out of his fussy attitude from the last couple days, Yay!

On a super wonderful note my mom is coming to visit this weekend and I can't wait to see her! (My dad isn't sure if he is going to be able to make it or not yet because of his soccer coaching schedule...but we would be thrilled if he came to visit too) I'm sure Parker is excited to see his Nonni too! He gets to hear her and I gab on speaker-phone everyday, so it will be nice for him to actually get to see her again! She is also going to watch Parks for Trav and I so we can go to dinner...just the two of us...and I'm sure spend the whole time talking about Parker anyway!!! Either way, we are excited! My mom is one of the best friends a girl could ask for and I have looked up to her (and my dad) my whole life. They are the most amazing parents and I hope that I am as good a parent as they have been. I also hope that Parker has a fun and close relationship with Travis and I like mine was with them!

Travis and I met when he was a freshman at Eastern Washington University. Neither of us were looking to fall in love or even looking for someone to date...but fate stepped in and gave us a huge shove into a relationship that will last a lifetime. I graduated from EWU with my BA in Elementary Education with a Major in Mathematics and a Minor in Reading. I could not be happier with my decision to become a Teacher and feel it is what I was meant to do (along with being a Mommy). After I graduated, we fell in love with a little rescue puppy and just had to make him our own. We named him Deacon...and still have no idea what kind of dog he really is. We were married on September 8, 2007 at Central United Protestant Church in Richland, Washington. This is the same church where my parents and sister were married and the place where I feel the most connected to Christ. On October 18, 2008 we welcomed our son Parker James into the world (almost a week after his due date). He was totally determined to stay in my tummy. Parker is so curious and sweet. He truly keeps our lives interesting! In June of 2009 Travis graduated from EWU with his BA in Criminal Justice and Minors in Government and Sociology. We try to live everyday to the fullest and to live with no regrets. Travis joined the United States Air Force in June 2010. It was difficult to have him away from home for so long during training, but it was all for the greater good. In January of 2011 we packed up the U-Haul and moved to Oklahoma and our first duty station at Tinker Air Force Base. We were thrilled to welcome a baby girl into the world on August 29, 2011. We named her Delainey Kae and she totally completed our little family. Our children are our world and we are so blessed. There is no greater gift in life than family and we are well aware of it. We are so excited to start the next chapter of our lives as a family of 4 {living who knows where} and to see what else the Lord has in store for THE GUION FAMILY!
