playin' in papa's rat rod

For those of you who don't know:
My dad (aka Papa Kev-O) has a 1936 Chevy Pick-Up which is better-known as a Rat Rod/Hot Rod. Parker loves it and is obsessed with playing in it and climbing around on the seats. He loves to turn the steering wheel and say "vroom vroom."

Our little guy has pretty strong arms...Trav helped him up up into the tree but he held himself there long enough for Mommy to get a picture!

Parker loves playing in the swing in the backyard. It was so nice out today that we had to take advantage and head outside. I love the hat he is wearing and we have had it forever. Parker never actually keeps it on though...until today!

So here is my attempt at creativity...I am not sure which finish I like best on this adorable picture of Parks. What do you think???

15 months already???

I can't believe that Parker is already 15 months. We head to the Doctor tomorrow and will have a height and weight update then. He is doing new things all the time and is growing up so fast. We have so much fun with him and can't wait to see what the future holds for our not-so-little guy!!!

bath time fun with his best buddy & cousin drayson:

playing the wii with daddy...he is obsessed with wii fit and the balance board

parker loves to help feed the dogs now...he gets really upset when he wakes up in the morning and papa kev-o has already fed him. he thinks they should be fed about 20 times a day!

he also loves to play hockey...he gets this from his big cousin caleb!!!

today we went for a walk and took parker to the toys at the park to play. he loves to swing, slide, and just run around like a mad-man!
pushing the stroller "by himself"

"i was running" (if you aren't a fan of the movie forest gump, then you probably will not think my little quote was funny at all...i'm sure my hubby will get it though!)
check out the matching shoes. my favorite is when they are lined up next to each other by the front door.

i think fish riding should be a sport...really

travis playing on the zip-line...i took parker on it too and he thought it was so great!

climbing on the rock wall
up on top of the rock wall with daddy

he was so mad when we made him get down

kisses for mommy! he has gotten so great with giving kisses...especially before bed. except he even thinks he needs to give them to gus and deacon (the dogs) and will make me let him down to go kiss them and give them love before we go to bed.

Kiddos are So Cute!

{Even with the drool all over his chin he is still the sweetest little guy and so cute!}

------------------------------------

On Sunday we went over to my sister and brother-in-law's house to celebrate our nephew Drayson's baptism. Parks and Drays are so funny together and so sweet to each other too. Check out our sweet kiddos givin' some love!!!

I am so thankful to have such an amazing family and that Parker has great cousins! Caleb and Drayson are so wonderful and Parker has a blast playing with them. It melts my heart to see them all playing together...especially Parker and Drayson. On Sunday we dropped Parks off in the nursery and went to service...Drayson is usually in there with him, but because he was getting baptized he wasn't in there yet. This was the only time that Parker cried when left at the nursery. He stopped right away, but still it was a little heartbreaking. The wonderful ladies in there said that as soon as Drayson was dropped off in there Parker dropped what he was doing and ran over to him with a huge smile. It was so nice to know that they love each other so much...even at such a young age! (Then they push each other down and wrestle two seconds later just to prove it!!!) Ahhhh...boys!!!

Here are just a couple of other pictures of the goof-balls together. The day after Christmas they were playing the piano together at Great Gpa Bill and Great Gma Janet's house!
